This Minnie style dress is simply gorgeous. It has a beautiful corset style top and a double layer skirt. The top layer is large polka dot trimmed with a crisp white ruffle, it splits in the front to reveal the bottom layer, that is loaded with layers upon layers of super full ruffles. The straps button in the back and can be worn as shown or criss cross. The dress has an elastic back for a comfortable fit.
