Add a little 1920's vintage flair to her hair with this lace and feather fascinator band or clip - a perfect match for her petti romper!
Each rosette measures approximately 3" and is accented with fluffy coordinating feathers and a 40ss sparkly crystal.
Feather rosettes come with your choice of an alligator clip, or elastic cord band.
The clip: Wear the clip alone, or clip it onto a band or hat.
The elastic cord: The cord will hide in her hair and makes the poof lay nice and flat. Cords are available in black for dark hair or nude for light hair. Please specify which you prefer. Elastic cord bands are also great for newborns as you can simply tie a knot at the neck to make it smaller.
