These decedent double-layered Pettiskirts are made with 35 yards of luscious, butter soft chiffon and have a 3" fluff on the bottom tiers and a double-faced satin ribbon sash.
Dressy enough for parties and great for photos, each Pettiskirt also features an adjustable, covered waistband -meaning that each waistband has one button and button hole. This allows you to make the skirt smaller by simply poking a new hole in the elastic and pulling it tighter to fit over the button allowing the skirt to grow with the princess!
