This Kitty Cat Tutu set includes a Black furry headband with little perky ears on the top and a Tutu to match. The tutu is made of layers of fluffy black tulle, with a black tail at the back. At the waist and the tip of the Kitties tail are two pretty bows to match the set. (bow colors will vary ... at this time we are using lavender bows).
