This beautiful Girl's Devine Aqua Tutu Skirt is made with 100 yards of soft aqua shimmer tulle on a non roll elastic with beautiful double sided satin ribbon around the waist for the ruffle look. Skirt is also lined to give it fullness and is not see through. To complete the look is a matching top made of satin for the bodice with ruffled ribbon for the straps and ribbon around the bottom that ties into a bow. To top off the look is a flowered brooch that is detachable with beautiful sequin lace.
